Terms of Service
Use the organizer as preparation, not as a filing decision.
These terms explain the product boundary, account responsibilities, subscriptions, cancellation, refunds, and the rules that apply to BnbTaxes.

Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and BnbTaxes ("BnbTaxes," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the BnbTaxes website, classifier, organizer, exports, and related support services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with BnbTaxes and comply with these Terms and applicable law. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
What the Service does
BnbTaxes helps U.S. short-term rental hosts organize records, review classification-related inputs, generate educational estimates, and prepare export packets for professional review. The Service is not a tax preparation, tax filing, legal, accounting, financial, or investment advisory service.
The Service does not determine your filing position, guarantee a tax result, or replace the judgment of a qualified tax professional. You remain responsible for the completeness and accuracy of your records, your tax returns, and every decision made using Service outputs.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, safeguard your credentials, and promptly notify us at support@bnbtaxes.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. Do not share account access except through features expressly provided by the Service.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend or secure an account when reasonably necessary to protect the account, the Service, or other users.
Your content and records
You retain ownership of the records, files, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant BnbTaxes the limited right to host, process, transmit, display, and back up Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide Your Content. Do not upload malicious files, content that infringes another person's rights, or information that you are not authorized to share. Keep copies of records you need; the Service is not a substitute for your own record-retention obligations.
Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on the billing interval shown at checkout. When you begin a paid subscription, you authorize Paddle, our merchant of record and payment processor, to charge the stated amount, applicable taxes, and any disclosed recurring charges using your selected payment method.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal date. You can cancel from the billing link in your account settings or by emailing support@bnbtaxes.com from the email address associated with your account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; you keep paid access through the end of the current paid billing period unless we state otherwise at checkout.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. Where a refund is available, it applies to the most recent eligible charge and does not automatically cancel a subscription. A cancellation and a refund request are separate actions.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer right that applies where you live.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, interfere with the Service, probe or bypass security controls, access another user's data, reverse engineer the Service except where law does not allow a restriction, upload malware, or use the Service to provide unauthorized access to third parties.
We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect the Service and its users.
Service changes and availability
We may change, maintain, or discontinue features, plan limits, integrations, or support processes. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law. We do not promise that every feature will be available at all times or that every imported record will be accepted without review.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BnbTaxes disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular tax situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BnbTaxes and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or tax penalties arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for a claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid BnbTaxes for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination and contact
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms, survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms, except where law requires a different form of consent. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@bnbtaxes.com.
