Refund Policy
Cancellation stops renewal. Refunds follow a clear review process.
Read when paid access ends after cancellation, which charges may be eligible for a refund, and how to make a request.
Billing at a glance
Effective date: July 11, 2026
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel a paid BnbTaxes subscription at any time through the billing link in account settings or by emailing support@bnbtaxes.com from the email address associated with the account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and your subscription will not renew after that date.
Cancelling does not delete your account or automatically issue a refund. You can continue using paid features through the end of the period already paid for, unless access is suspended under the Terms of Service.
Refund eligibility
For a first paid subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the charge, provided you have not generated or downloaded a CPA export packet after the paid features were activated. Renewal charges, annual-plan renewals, taxes, and prior billing periods are not refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by BnbTaxes.
We may issue a refund outside this policy when we confirm a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a material Service issue that we cannot reasonably resolve. Refunds are assessed case by case and do not create an obligation to refund future charges.
How to request a refund
Email support@bnbtaxes.com with the account email, charge date, plan, and a brief explanation. Do not include payment card details. We will acknowledge the request and, when approved, process the refund through Paddle to the original payment method.
Banks and payment providers control when a processed refund appears. We will tell you the outcome of the request and any next step needed from you.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit consumer cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over conflicting parts of this policy.
